For $12 per year, you can park your RV right on the beach in Port Aransas, TX. Check their website and if you go at the right time of year, you can even park parallel to the water. Run your generator, if that's your thing. We strongly suggest a weekday trip in the off season. This beach can get EXTREMELY crowded on the weekends.
