This week's product of the week is all about RV maintenance and safety. We've only taken a handful of trips in our RV, so far. But with many more on the horizon, we started thinking about how we would handle a blow out or other issue while on the road. We wanted a way to safely pull over and change a tire, no matter where the blow out happened. Many people have tried to tell us that we can just use our leveling jacks to change a tire. However, while that can probably be done, we'd prefer the safer alternative. It also specifically states in our manual that the leveling jacks are NOT meant to be used for changing tires or any kind of maintenance.
This kit also gives us a safe way to do regular RV maintenance, such as wheel bearing and brake maintenance. The kit has a lift range of 8 inches to 36 inches. We upgraded from the 6 ton bottle jack to the 8 ton bottle jack. We also decided to add a jack stabilizer and stability plate to our kit since we do a lot of our own maintenance. RV Product of the Week - December 15, 2022
This week's product of the week is a slight addiction for me! It's peel and stick wallpaper! Why am I addicted? It's not always the easiest thing to apply, but with practice, it's gotten a little easier. But my favorite thing about it is that it's so easy to take down if you decide you don't like it. Another great thing is that so far, we've needed almost zero prep. It goes on right over the standard RV wallpaper. We've had to spackle a few holes and sand them, but other than that, I literally just throw it on over the other stuff.

RV Product of the Week - December 5, 2022
This week, we're sharing with you, the PERFECT RV Table! We searched high and low for this table and we absolutely LOVE it! Our old table was attached to the wall, we didn't have enough space for all of us to eat, and we just constantly felt like it was in the way and not functional. This new table is HUGE when it's opened up, which is perfect for meals. If you want space for working, but you want it tucked away some, you can close up one side. Or, you can fold up both sides and it's really compact, but still big enough to use as a work space or breakfast bar. Check out the video here.

RV Product of the Week - November 28, 2022
Each week, we'll share with you one RV product we wouldn't want to live without!
This week's must have product is a dehumidifier. Why do we need them? One major reason is MOLD! Nobody wants mold in their RV (or anywhere, for that matter). Not only is it just plain nasty, but it can cause major health issues. How does mold thrive? Moisture! How do we help prevent mold from growing? Cut down on the moisture. Because RVs aren't insulated the same as houses, a lot of moisture and condensation can form, more so depending on the weather and location of the RV. For us, a good dehumidifier is the best preventative. However, in our opinion, in this case, bigger really is better. We have a dehumidifier rated for 3,000 square feet. Is it an overkill? Maybe. Does it work? Absolutely! We use ours all year around and we've had almost zero issues with condensation. We empty ours about every 12 hours.
